Every small business starts with a big idea. But we know it’s not easy, from hiring staff to making renovations to launching big sales like Black Friday, the little things can add up in big ways. And we want to help.

Call for Small is back to remind us that small businesses and their big impact are alive and well, with the help of an extra $1,000.

We want to support Canadian small businesses as they build toward their big business dreams. Whether they're looking to maximize their revenue potential, optimize their operations or make the leap to online, here’s their chance at a $1,000 boost to help make it happen.

Who is eligible to win?

Any qualifying Canadian small business owner that has been in operations for at least one year can be nominated. For full details and restrictions on offer eligibility, click here

When is the deadline to nominate?

Deadline to apply is October, 4th, 2024.
The grant recipient will be notified by email no later than November 15, 2024.

Due to the nature of the program, it’s essential that they have a social media account for us to communicate with them and inform them of details and next steps.

At this time, only brick and mortar businesses are being considered for the grant to promote local businesses and communities.
